There We Go; and Here We Come

Farewell 2013, you are not something that I will cherish throughout the rest of my days but there are and have been times that I will reflect back on at one time or another. Unfortunately I would have to reflect back within my different writings throughout the year to be able to do so.
Now here we are about to bring in a new year and with hopes and dreams, I for one hope this year that is falling upon us, 2014, brings prosperity, happiness and love that I will be able to carry on throughout the rest of my time on this planet we call home, Earth.

Receive the following in an email from a friend of mine and all I did was just take it out of the email and bring it over here to my blog because I feel it needs to be said for one and a believe and feel that it needs to be passed on not only within WordPress but send it throughout every possible avenue that you can think of, because I am.

I’m not one for talking a lot on politics and religion because I have my beliefs and nobody calls me Mr. Pres. and I do not have a white-collar around my neck so it is not my place to preach either one to anyone. That’s not saying that I’m not up for discussion on different topics of either politics or religion as long as you are open to hear my side and my views and beliefs just as I am open to hear all of your beliefs and your views. I’m not here to change your opinion one way or another but after reading this I am going to step into the arena of religion to pass this on. A new part of this was true but not as much of it and until reading it I realized that I was basically clueless to the overall beliefs of the Islamic Imam. It’s actually sickening to think of the person you seek guidance from to the Almighty is demanding that you kill others and in some cases sacrifice yourself in taking others out, those others being “nonbelievers”.

I am sincerely apologetic if you are Muslim and are reading this that you are actually following the beliefs of someone who demands you to kill others. I really hope that everyone of every religious belief reads this because other religions also ask you to do things that may or may not be right. I’m not saying that Christianity and being Catholic is 110% right 110% all the time, all I am saying is what it says in this letter. I do not believe that you could even tell yourself that you are Muslim, in this instance and believe in everything that the Muslim faith tells you except for the last one that says to kill people. Then why are you faithful in the first place to that religious sect. Why would you be faithful and loyal to something that out of 1000 items or topics 999 of them are fine, except for that last one that says I demand you to kill nonbelievers. Why would you even believe in that 999?

I’m sorry again but the more I think about it the more frustrated and angry I am getting and I do not want to go there. That is not me, so I’m going to take a breath and publish this and if you are within my circles or are following me or I am following you and you have a problem with what I have just written aside from what I have posted then figure out a way to get around it because I’m not changing any of my statuses and you should really take a look at yourself.

God speed to all

You may have seen this before but it is important to see.

The author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry.

The man who walks with God always gets to his destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose.

The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States, especially in the minority races.  Last month I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who each explained their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Muslim gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video.

After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Muslim and asked: ‘Please, correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that’s the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?’

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, ‘Non-believers!’

I responded, ‘So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?’

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.’  He sheepishly replied, ‘Yes.’

I then stated, ‘Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine The Pope commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!’

The Muslim was speechless.

I continued, ‘I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question:

Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?’

You could have heard a pin drop.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the ‘Diversification’ training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims’ beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. to elect the President.

I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on! This is your chance to make a difference.

an empty sacrifice

My friend, how profoundly said the words that can only be heard from those who actually care as to what is said from a total stranger, but yet to a friend on this earth. No one should have to sacrifice their life if that sort of situation, and specifically. The assailants may as well have crossed the street to the Photoshop and pointed the trigger straight at her chest without even confronting the people on the other side of the street. Not that their lives are irrelevant, but I’m sure none of those pulling triggers will probably injured in the slightest and only the innocent, young and old, mother and son were the victims.
The anniversary of that incident I am aware is coming up, and hearing it at this time of the year in the first place just plain sucks.
This child’s mother died a HERO and her son should know that.
